An exciting opportunity for a Lead Educator OR Diploma Educator to work as a Co-Educator an established and modern service with a very friendly atmosphere.

This organisation believes in the approach of open communication and most importantly they believe that educators, like yourself play such a valuable role on a daily basis, which is why the conditions are so great! We are currently looking for an experienced Diploma Room Leader Or Diploma Educator to oversee and support age appropriate programs for the children in the Kindergarten program.
This position requires you to support and promote the stimulating program, support fellow co-educators in working as a team and with demonstrating positive and respectful partnerships with families.
The position is located in proximity to the colorful Melbourne's Brunswick area and private parking onsite.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Managing a high value program and its application
- Collaboration and supporting co-workers
- Developing trustful and respectful relationships with children
- Building positive partnership with families
- Taking direction from the manager
- Attending designated meetings and training
- Diploma in Early Childhood or higher (ACECQA recognised)
- MINIMUM of 1 years full time experience in a long daycare service.
- Understanding and knowledge of Early Learning Years Framework
- High level of observation and good written ability in documentation
- Sound understanding of Education and Care Regulations
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- Full Working Rights in Australia
