Internal Sales [China]


 

A new challenge?
As Internal Sales, you are responsible for the operational administrative tasks in the commercial department in order to help realize the goals of the commercial department.



Main responsibilities and key tasks
Order management

  • Apply for new customer registration/ update in SAP system
  • Work with sales to apply for customer credit limit
  • Accepting and processing customer orders (order confirmation, order entry, confirmation delivery date, …)
  • Follow up customer order and keep update production status to make sure on time delivery
  • Arrange and track for delivery to customer
  • Follow up customer payment and make due time payment analysis
  • Feedback customer requests and complaint to factory

Import and export customs clearance and logistics

  • Collect and prepare related shipping documents for customs clearance and inspection
  • Applying for Cargo Survey, records, tax relief and importing machine certificates
  • Arrange delivery schedule for importing cargo

Competences and skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Japanese.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Accurateness
  • Easy communication
  • Problem solving

Languages
Fluent in Japanese, and is able to use English as working language
