Job Descriptions:
- Supports HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records
- Assists in the advertising of vacant positions within the company and, screening of candidates and arrangement of interviews
- To assist in pre-employment preparation and employee on boarding process
- To update photos, vacancy listing and relevant updates in Social Media (eg. LinkedIn, Facebook)
- To assist in special projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above
- Required skill (s): good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway)
- Internship for at least 3 – 6 months ( preferable 6 months ); available to start from Nov/Dec 2021 onwards
