Job description
- To handle administrative function at the office
- To be responsible for several day-to-day activities within an office environment
- To maintain filing systems, coordinate mails, support & organizing company events, data entry.
- Checking & reporting company vehicle on daily basis, to maintenance & ensure all of vehicles are running in good condition.
- To check summons & compounds of JPJ, PDRM, MBPJ etc
- To monitor GPS Tracker of all company vehicles.
- To check schedule of expired roadtax & insurance, schedule of service company vehicle
- To implement any ad-hoc instructions as required
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members
- Able to do marketing
- Good communication skills
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma or Degree in Administrative course
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Administrative Management
- Able to read and write in good English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic knowledge of automotive is required
- Male preferred
- Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
- Good in planning and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Willing to travel & work overtime

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
