Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 

Job description

  • To handle administrative function at the office
  • To be responsible for several day-to-day activities within an office environment
  • To maintain filing systems, coordinate mails, support & organizing company events, data entry.
  • Checking & reporting company vehicle on daily basis, to maintenance & ensure all of vehicles are running in good condition.
  • To check summons & compounds of JPJ, PDRM, MBPJ etc
  • To monitor GPS Tracker of all company vehicles.
  • To check schedule of expired roadtax & insurance, schedule of service company vehicle
  • To implement any ad-hoc instructions as required
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members
  • Able to do marketing
  • Good communication skills

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or Degree in Administrative course
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Administrative Management
  • Able to read and write in good English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of automotive is required
  • Male preferred
  • Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
  • Good in planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Willing to travel & work overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
