Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for following key deliverables:
1. Sales of Amul Milk, Curd and other fresh products
2. Expanding Distribution network – Adding Distributors, retailers, Institutions etc.
3. Digitalization of Distribution
4. Undertake BTL activities
5. Implement and Manage all initiatives related to improving consumer pull as well as trade push for our products
The candidate is required to have the following characteristics:
The candidate should be an aggressive Sales person who can get things done- The candidate should exhibit high levels of integrity and elicit trust, from our various stake holders like existing and potential Distributors
- Working early morning hours as well as extensive traveling is a basic requirement
- Competitor Information to be monitored, shared and acted upon so as to improve sales
- Exhibit leadership qualities and mentor & guide the team members
