Assistant Community Manager [United States]


 

Assistant Community Manager needed for a 295+ unit property. In addition to assisting with daily property operations, responsibilities include ensuring requirements of all affordable housing programs and related compliance is met and maintained in a complete and accurate manner, including but not limited to conducting the certification and subsequent re-certification of all households at all sites, reviewing resident move-in files, and passing all local regulatory agency and TCAC inspections.

Background and Drug Screening Required.

Minimum of 2 years experience in affordable housing and knowledge of, experience with, and certification in tax credit/Section 42 and HUD/project-based section 8 compliance required.

Professional presentation, above-average communication skills, ability to prioritize, problem-solving abilities'
