Job Description:
Kinta Properties is looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to work within its group’s Sales and Projects Teams to build and maintain positive relationships will all customers.

- Attend to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions with other departments toward solving customer complaints and striving for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient follow-up and tracking of customer complaints.
- To lead and manage the vacant possession process including house inspection prior to handover by coordinating with respective departments.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Property Management
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in property industries
- Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Cantonese
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
