Your tasks
- Evaluation, analysis and definition of product and feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criterias
- Management and prioritization of the product backlog according to stakeholder needs in alignment with the product strategy
- Overseeing the Product-JIRA-board and product development cycle, inlcuding regular sprint planning with the software development team
- Measurement and evaluation of new features and products based on agreed impact
- Presentation of new features and close exchange with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a product focused role, with project management tasks and end to end delivery responsibility in an agile environment
- Knowlegde of agile performance methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) and in managing product development cycles in collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with requirements management and stakeholder communication on different levels (management, development and business stakeholders)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured way of work with a passion for details
- Outstanding team communication skills with an open minded, self-reliant and positive attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, German knowledge is an advantage

For this position, we offer an annual gross minimum salary of EUR 40,000. We are entirely prepared to adjust our offer to your skill set and relevant experience!
